COVID Measures
All participants must comply with the newly stated guidelines and measures that Bodyfit Mums has put in place. It is the sole responsibility of all participants to ensure that any children attending throughout the whole duration of the programme, comply with the measures and guidelines. Bodyfit Mums has put these in place to ensure the safety of all staff, participants and children attending.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND CLASSES IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOU THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF YOUR PROGRAMME:-
Have any symptoms of COVID19 such as high temperature, new/continuous cough, loss or change to sense of smell or taste etc.
If you have travelled outside of the UK in the last 14 days and need to quarantine
If you are awaiting COVID19 test results
If you have been in close proximity or contact with somebody who has tested positive for COVID19
Missed classes due to COVID19
The same T&C’s apply before Covid19, we cannot provide any refunds for missed classes. We will however try and accommodate missed classes where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Payment & Medical Forms
In order to secure a place and to confirm your booking, a non refundable 50% deposit must be made, alongside the completion of all forms.
All payments are non refundable and must be paid upfront in full before the programme commences or on the first day.
Once booked, group dates cannot be changed. Under emergency circumstances it will be left to the discretion of Bodyfit Mums. Please contact aimee@bodyfitmums.co.uk
Refunds & Cancellations
Missed sessions cannot be refunded or re-scheduled.
Sessions are to start at the time agreed with Bodyfit Mums, any lost time due to late arrival will not be made up at the end of the session.
Waiting lists
Waiting lists are on a first come first served basis. Once a space becomes available you will receive an email to notify you. It is therefore up to the individual to go back onto the website to book their place.
Phase two
Phase two will become available to book on your personal account after week 4 of Phase one. After week 6 this will be released to all mums that have completed Phase one and will be booked on a first come first served basis.
Privacy Policy / GDPR
All personal information that is provided at the point of booking will be held on a secure online system. Once you have completed your group, you can delete all of your data from the system through your personal account. Alternatively, please contact Bodyfit Mums to ask for your data to be removed.
