Here at Bodyfit Mums we specialise in tailor made Pre- Postnatal & Beyond fitness programmes. Now with face to face and online ZOOM options to suit everyone’s needs.

With programmes catering for every stage of your fitness journey, there’s a programme for everyone, even if you’re not a mum! The Postnatal programmes are for every mum, no matter how old your children are! It’s about meeting other likeminded mums who want to start or continue their fitness journey in body and mind.

Being a mum, your body undergoes many physical changes during and after pregnancy, not to mention the mental health changes you can experience too. Which is why we are here to help you build confidence, adapt exercises and ultimately start your new fitness journey. There’s no need to worry about the stress of childcare in our face to face options either, as little ones are welcome to come along too! Or you can sign up to the alternative ZOOM programmes to exercise in the comfort of your own home! For those that want a little more heat, we have a selection of Higher intensity programmes that are for anyone to join!

All programmes have been carefully designed by Bodyfit Mums founder and Sport & Exercise Science Graduate Aimee Oliver, a mum of 2. Aimee has over 14 year’s experience working within the fitness industry and continues to strive in developing the Bodyfit Mums Programmes with ongoing professional development and working with other specialist professionals.
