Here at Bodyfit Mums we specialise in tailor-made prenatal and postnatal fitness programmes. New mums and mums-to-be get to meet likeminded ladies who are ready to start or continue their fitness journey.

Your body undergoes many changes during and after pregnancy. We are here to help you build confidence, adapt exercises and safely build strength while teaching good habits so you can stay fit & healthy. There’s no need to worry about the stress of childcare, as little ones are welcome to come along to the classes!

Programmes have been carefully designed by Bodyfit Mums founder and Sport & Exercise Science graduate Aimee Oliver, a mum of 2. Aimee has over 10 years experience working within the fitness industry and is also a personal trainer & Les Mills instructor at Onefitness Portadown and Lisburn.
