Whether you’re starting fresh, rebuilding post-baby, or ready to prioritise yourself, this 6-week comprehensive program is tailored to all fitness levels and abilities.

Our Phase 1 program focuses on the foundations of fitness and well-being. Delivered in a supportive small group personal training setting, you’ll progress at a pace that suits you while building:
- Core strength
- Breathing techniques
- Pelvic floor health
- Diastasis recti recovery
- Nutritional knowledge
Over six weeks, the program gradually increases in intensity and complexity, combining a variety of training styles to help you feel stronger, more confident, and empowered.

Nestled in the vibrant city of Armagh, the Ardmore Recreation Centre provides the perfect setting for our Phase 1 program. With a welcoming atmosphere and convenient location, this venue is ideal for mums ready to rebuild their strength, confidence, and overall well-being.
1. What if I’ve never exercised before?
No problem! Phase 1 is tailored for all fitness levels, so you’ll feel supported every step of the way.
2. Can I really bring my baby?
Yes! Our classes are designed to be child-friendly, so your little one is always welcome.
3. What happens if I miss a session?
It's uncommon to miss a session as there's only two in person sessions per week but you’ll have access to backup Zoom sessions and additional at-home workouts to stay on track.
