Phase 2

The next 6 weeks of your fitness journey after PHASE 1. Building on the fundamentals and taking everything you’ve learnt to the next level.

To participate in this, you must have completed Phase 1 programme.

We now offer Face to Face (£130) programmes across NI and a Zoom (£100) programme if you prefer to stay at home or can’t make our locations.

Continue to improve fitness levels, confidence and explore a wider range of training styles. Become an even bigger part of the ever growing Bodyfit Mums community by working in a bigger group of mums either in a face to face environment or via Zoom online.

    2x 1 hour studio sessions and 1x pre recorded at home workout per week.

Requirements

To participate in this, you must meet the following requirements:

  • All clients must have completed the BFM Phase1 programme either via face to face or Zoom, unless stated otherwise by Aimee Oliver.
  • If you cannot collect the rental BFM weights, you will need to purchase your own ‘Bodypump’ set that includes:
    • 1x non weighted bar
    • 2x 5kg weight plates
    • 2x 2.5kg weight plates
    • 2x 1.25kg
    • 2x clips.
  • A personal Zoom account is needed.

    I was very lucky to win a competition and this introduced me to the BFM team... I was completely afraid of exercise, had zero confidence, and really not feeling great in total! Then bang next thing I was at 6.30am with Aimee via zoom still very much doubting the whole thing... now I am 3rd time phase 2 with Cat and I love my 6.30am class.. it fits into my lifestyle its apart of my week! I love the group chat, the class but most of all I feel strong, happy and healthy.. lots of more work to do but don’t fear the process... love BFM ❤

    Absolutely loving phase 2! The face to face group workouts are excellent - great coach, great girls and great craic. I get so much motivation from the face to face style, helps keep the head healthy too and lovely to progress through the weeks with the same group of mummy’s xx.

    From completing stage 1 and doing stage 2 now I can say that Bodyfit mums has really got me back into exercising post partum! One of the most amazing things I have gained through doing it is gaining feeling back on my tummy, having had C-Sections it was completely numb to touch! Honestly I can’t thank the girls enough - Aimee and Caitriona are amazing and the motivation I well and truely needed 👏.
