Phase 1




We now offer Face to Face (£160) programmes in Portadown, Maghaberry, Armagh & South Belfast. Or a Zoom (£100) programme if you prefer to stay at home or can’t make our locations.
Phase1 is not a class. It’s a full programme that caters for all fitness and ability levels. Starting with a thorough introduction to your core, breathing, pelvic floor, diastasis recti and nutrition. After a full technique session on how to move correctly, the remaining 5 weeks of the programme gradually builds in intensity and complexity, covering a wide range of training styles.

Requirements
To participate in a Phase One class, you must meet the following requirements:
- All clients must be at least 6 weeks post natural birth and 10-12 weeks post caesarean section. GP clearance to exercise must be obtained.

- A personal Zoom account is needed.
- Equipment is not provided for this programme. You need to purchase a resistance band yourself and It MUST have handles! Light resistance is advised. These can be purchased on the bodyfitmumsathome.com website!

9 months agoAnnekaFrom the moment I started, my nerves were put at ease. My confidence increased as there are options given for all fitness levels and exercises. The BFM community is incredible and Aimee and Catriona are always there for you. Hardest part is definitely starting but once you do, you wont look back 💜.

11 months agoAnnaAimee runs Bodyfit Mums like a well oiled machine! She is so organised and always at the other end of the phone day or night to answer any questions! I have nearly completed phase one and I am feeling stronger after each workout and choosing much healthier foods. I gain more confidence after each workout because Aimee is always perfecting our technique. Love it and don’t want it to end!
