Complement and enhance your BFM fitness journey, with the fundamentals of Pilates. Focusing on core rehabilitation, strengthening of the pelvic floor and overall body wellness. With over 3.5 hours of footage, the programme is a must whether you’re recently Postnatal or returning to exercise!

Requirements

  • All clients must be at least 6 weeks post natural birth and 10- 12 weeks post caesarean section. GP clearance to exercise to be obtained.
  • Equipment needed: Light resistance band with handles, Pilates ball, Pilates mat and Pilates cushion (or rolled up towel).

Please Note: Resistance band and ball are already provided for those signed up to PHASE1 Face to Face!
