Hitting your stride

After completing Phase One, continue to improve fitness levels, confidence in a gym environment and push yourself further in achieving your new fitness and lifestyle goals. Become an even bigger part of the ever growing Bodyfit Mums community by working in a bigger group of mums.

Included in Phase Two

  • In studio training

    2 x 1 hour studio sessions with a trainer per week

    Childcare

    No childcare needed as babies/toddlers are welcome to come along too!

    Modifications

    Continued modifications and adaptations for any mum with Diastasis Recti and/or injury

  • 24/7 support

    24/7 support from both trainer and the rest of your group via a private group chat forum

    It is essential for every mum to have completed Phase One before commencing Phase Two.
