The Bodyfit Mums 6 Week Postnatal Fitness Programme.
Finding your feet
Phase One caters for all fitness and ability levels with a thorough introduction to your core, pelvic floor, diastasis recti and nutrition. The first week finishes with a complete technique session before beginning the group full body workouts during the following five weeks.

In studio & home
2 x 1 hour studio sessions per week with a trainer and at home workouts every other day
Childcare
No childcare needed as babies/toddlers are welcome to come along too!
Online account
You get your own personal online account including your programme videos, workouts and guidelines
24/7 support
24/7 support from both trainer and the rest of your group via a private group chat forum
Progress tracking
Optional measurements and pictures taken on Week 1 and Week 6
Equipment

Phase Two
Access to pre-released spaces in the Phase Two bootcamp
Requirements
To participate in a Phase One class, you must meet the following requirements:
- All relevant clients must be at least 6 weeks postnatal (natural birth) or 12 weeks postnatal (caesarean section) by the start date of the programme
- All medical/consent forms must be completed before the programme begins
- A non refundable, 50% deposit must be paid to confirm booking
- Remainder of payment must be paid either before or on the first day of the programme
